"Feel Fit" @ Shared Office
These are the exercises from the program you can do comfortably at your desk without disturbing your colleagues.
They target the neck, shoulders and ribcage in order to relieve muscle stiffness and sensitivity, while also improving mental focus and relieving anxious cognitive behavior.

"Feel Fit" @ Private Office
This is an extension set of exercises building on the things you can do sitting at your desk with the Shared Office exercises, but here we stand up for a couple of stretches that target the hips and lower back.
The name just takes into consideration that you might feel more inclined to do them if you have a more private working space, but feel free to show this awesome program to your colleges in your shared space and encourage them to join!

"Feel Fit" @ Home Office
In a home setting, you have the most freedom to show your body some attention and love.
Here we include some new exercises and replace some of the Shared/Private Office exercises for more effective ones performed on the ground.
This is still an extension to the previous two work environment settings, so remember to include those exercises as well.
You should dedicate a bit of space around your home where you can lie down on a carpet or yoga mat to perform the program.
